Our story began with the courage and entrepreneurial spirit of our grandmother, who arrived in Mexico City with a priceless treasure: a family recipe for the most exquisite barbacoa. With determination, she laid the foundation for what we are today—a benchmark of authentic flavor and a gathering place for families and friends.

Now, with the same spirit that has always guided us, we are immensely excited to announce a new and momentous chapter in our journey: we will soon be opening our doors in Houston, Texas!
